I'm always impressed by the suggestion that I serve the most bland product with something rich and tasty. I mean, if I could whip up this chicken-and-vegetable stir-fry, I wouldn't mind not having the rice at all.
"Serving sizes" aren't suggested as much as they are designed to suggest you're taking in far fewer empty calories of ultra-processed foods than you are. Otherwise, they're cute. :-)
