HikerGeek , 4 days ago @rbreich The average life expectancy in 1787 was 35 when the Constitution was written. Lifetime appointments didn't seem unreasonable. Now that life expectancy is over twice that I think we should be looking hard at term limits. Maybe make it retroactive and flush Thomas and Alito
