@rbreich so the question is what Biden will be doing about this? Is he going to use this ruling to his advantage to win reelection and restructure scotus to get rid of this/other rulings or he is going to give a 2min speech saying he dissents, do nothing and then let a convicted felon do whatever he wants post Nov? Latter is looking more like an inevitability now. When your country is facing an existential threat, do whatever is necessary to defeat it.
