@rbreich Yeah. Extreme hypotheticals, like, this constitution will work unless a thoroughly corrupt individual takes advantage of every loophole or trick he can find, legal or not. Well, that one was ok for a couple hundred years, but guess what ... the horse is out of the barn now

It should be clear that the main reason Trump wants to be president again is because he's weak.

He knows that winning re-election is likely the only way he can stay out of prison.

He’s always been in this for himself, never the country.

@rbreich Cogitating over whether the questions the conservatives asked are predictive of their minds is wasted energy on our part, BUT, it's worth recognizing that after the appeals court's thorough rejection the Obscene Court now entertains the role of Absurdity in law. How can this be? Justice is not blind .. it is bound and gagged and under armed guard, being forced to watch the funny funny man.
(ffs, if i can only be convicted after impeachment, outlaw impeachment. Again, Absurd.)
