@rbreich Cogitating over whether the questions the conservatives asked are predictive of their minds is wasted energy on our part, BUT, it's worth recognizing that after the appeals court's thorough rejection the Obscene Court now entertains the role of Absurdity in law. How can this be? Justice is not blind .. it is bound and gagged and under armed guard, being forced to watch the funny funny man.
