I saved through sacrifice of all material comforts, vacations, frivolous spending, etc. It's now almost completely gone thanks to healthcare costs. I'm not sure I'll ever recover from that, so now I doubt I can ever retire despite my chronic illnesses.
Samba is amazing, Windows server is a lot less so. The problem with Windows server is that it takes tons of steps to do basic things. On Samba I had Samba tool and it was very nice and friendly. On Windows server you have a ton of different management panels....

Well that’s usually covered at the end of the second interview if they want to move forward with you. I’d give it at least that long before you bail unless you see some kind of red flag.
I sometimes like to sleep on it when I need to make a big decision. Often I will wake up knowing what to do.
