My go to method is, if someone brings up a political topic, I will very obviously try to change the topic. Otherwise I don’t engage.

Traditionally, retiring entails leaving the workforce permanently. However, experts found that the very definition of retirement is also changing between generations....

I could see some people wanting low level jobs in their retirement because they don’t know what to do with their time otherwise.

But it should absolutely not be a requirement.

I don’t mind going in once or twice because when I was pure WFH, the lack of human interaction started to drive me a little crazy. Course, I’m also single which doesn’t help.

I agree there should be a second dataset, but rural areas have their own issues that people might not want to deal with. Like a lack of entertainment and other services.
