On the CNN side, my biggest complaint was the mics were not indeed cut at the end of each persons time. If I was undecided, I wouldn't want to listen to two old men bicker, I'd want to actually hear their opinions and viewpoints.

They let it slip to some back and forth with both mics active at the same time on occasion. If they can't manage that, then they shouldn't get to host any presidential debates in the future. Luckily the next and last debate for this election is not them; we'll see how ABC does.

Krita is great for drawing. It is made for it.

People really try to use Krita for photo editing?

Is that an economist url?.. yeah, no, not clicking that.

Typically the “financial type media”, are full of political opinion instead of focusing on finance. Very often bad takes, and over the years, I’ve learned they just aren’t worth a click, and my time.

This is what I forgot about a few weeks ago, in the mess of all the awful things he’s done, as one of the worst and most egregious reasons not to re-elect him.

Everyone remember in cities across the country, him deploying un-marked, unidentified federal law enforcement to protests to essentially kidnap protestors off the street.

These weren’t the governors deploying the national guard either, or your local police/sheriff, if was Trump and his associates deploying federal officers.

I don’t even honestly remember hearing what happened to many of these people, they were extrajudicial kidnappings; they weren’t even read their rights, they just pulled up in unmarked vehicles, no clear display of badges, or identifying information covered up, and pulled people into their vehicles.

This was very much applied to BLM protestors, but could easily be applied to abortion protestors, or really any kind of protestor.

Reading up on it a bit now years later, apparently taken to a secondary location, then read their miranda rights, photographed, and questioned; released with no record of arrest. Very much not the way to handle protests

331.9 million (2021) US Population / ~142 million housing units in the United States (2021) = ~2.34 people average needed per dwelling to fully house everyone.

According to Statista: " The average American household consisted of 2.5 people in 2022. "

If people did not need vacation homes, and investment property… We appear to have enough housing for everyone already.

I’m working under the assumption hotels/motels are not included… there should be plenty of those to house people on vacation, and leaves plenty of room for the ultra wealthy to still have their vacation homes.
