The Roberts Supreme Court is the worst since the shameful days of Roger Taney’s Supreme Court.

Alito, Thomas, Roberts, and the three Trump appointees are Republican partisan hacks.

We need radical reform — and we need it the moment Dems regain control of Congress.

When I was a mere clerk for the 1st circuit appeals court, I wasn't allowed to have a political bumper sticker for fear of creating even the appearance of bias on the court.

How can Justice Alito be allowed to rule on Jan 6-related matters after flying a pro-insurrection flag?

Judge Cannon has postponed Trump's classified documents trial and didn't set a new start date.

The Supreme Court is slow walking Trump's presidential immunity claim, which has delayed his Jan 6 trial.

The federal judiciary is effectively acting like a MAGA campaign arm.
