@rbreich Congress can and should create a new Federal Review Court with all the proposed guardrails such as term limits and enforceable ethics code, and transfer to it all power to review decisions by lower courts, Congress, and the executive branch. Leave the corrupt Supreme Court with only cases of original jurisdiction as defined explicitly in the Constitution. Reduce the budget for SC staff and salary in accord with their decreased responsibilities.

@rbreich Doesn't matter how big majority democrats have in House and Senate, they don't have the political cojones to do anything but whine about it. Biden, Durbin and others have said SCOTUS is off limits. They'll just wait for justices to retire or resign to change the balance. They're against increasing it to 13 to match Appeals court district, reason last used to increase it to 9. Biden and Durbin are cowards.
The three trump appointees perjured themselves at their confirmation hearings. They should be removed immediately - escorted out by the police and not allowed to return until new confirmations hearings are held.
