One of the KDE Plasma features I use almost in daily basis is the MouseMark.

Go to your settings, in Desktop Effects, Enable the MouseMark (you can change the settings of it in the button in front of it). Then press Meta+Shift and move your mouse to doodle, or press and release Meta+Shift+Ctrl to define beginning and end of an arrow (it will draw the rest.

Interestingly enough, it have been in Plasma for the past 16 years:

The webpage of kde.org in Firefox tab, on which I have drawn two red arrows pointing at the "Plasma" word, and hand-drawn a check mark over "for Linux".

It’s clunky to set up but solid performance. Sunshine is just a bit too alpha at the moment. On our Ubuntu rig it will crash it if left on.

We need the storage space so I’m planning on reinstalling it, but the articles and plans I’ve found so far are not very helpful. Everything I see has a lot of complex wall framing with hanging double...

Must be. It’s a weird form of classism.

I think if you let someone that thought a green text was a red flag, they just flagged themselves as a red flag.

Oh my god THANK YOU.

I have been searching for this for a year. Forum discussion usually come out to “why would you need that?” I work in media and have to look at an enormous amount of video and photo content, quick look is an absolute necessity!

It looks like someone already stuffed it with insulation.

Assuming this is in an unseen location, you don’t have to get fancy. You could put a square of plywood over the hole, screw it into place, then caulk the edges. That should cut down on drafts and keep creepy crawlies out.
