I can’t find KDE’s financial report, but in a video I watched it was claimed that Thunderbird collected more donations than KDE. It seems quite hard to believe, but in 2022 Thunderbird collected more than 6,4 million dollars....
Just finished setting up Arch, KDE, exclusively with Arch and AUR packages. No Flatpaks, Snaps, or Appimages. This probably doesn’t seem like much, definitely not the most productive to many, but to me this took a lot of work, I’m proud of myself and wanna share that....
I’m working on a project to create an LED ring that lights up based on my active notifications in KDE Plasma. I’m wondering if there’s a way to access the current list of active notifications without having to dive into the KDE source code....
I have no clue how helpful this is because I was just looking stuff up, but the Arch wiki has an article on notifications that could help point you in the right direction if you haven’t looked at it already.
