I worked at a concrete yard in Ontario, Canada for a few years. Breaks due to heat were given based on temps. At one point it was 15 minute breaks with Gatorade provided - every hour.

There’s a plugin called auto discard. I’ve used it before but it can cause certain issues with other plugins like simple tabs (it kept duplicating tabs because of the zzzs in front of the name)
