Between a new federal rule that will make 4 million more Americans eligible for overtime pay, the FTC voting to ban "noncompete agreements," and the DOT expanding protections for airline passengers, there's been a lot of good news for workers and consumers in the last 24 hours.

@rbreich these are all great things. Biden and the muppets in congress are ALSO limiting access to commercial services they don’t like, in a stunning emotivist turn. These politicians need to stop listening to only the highest-paid tech lobbyists (and their AIPAC buddies) and start trying to understand the fundamentals of the internet, cuz incompetence is outperforming all the good efforts you listed and sending us backwards. We are STILL losing ground on fundamental rights and protections.
