as far as Goldwater's disgraceful behavior, i wasn't even in school yet when it happened, but i was sure AF old enough to see Ronald Reagan announce his 1980 candidacy in f'n Neshoba County to let all the white supremacists, haters, & pro-lynching yahoos know that the GOP was in their corner

i take hope that a steady % of humanity are heroes but i despair that a steady % of humanity are sociopaths who can't feel whole without hurting others

prices of drugs are made up

if the drugs are needed, then either put a firm price ceiling on the drug's price & arrest any Pharma Bro who don't like it-- or else nationalize the pharmaceutical industry & make the drugs the property of the taxpayer

allowing this industry to make up extortionate prices is a crime that kills people

that's a good summary but i just stick my one-liner

"Bill Clinton paid off the debt & left us a surplus, and all that did was give the GOP a motive to steal the next election"

IMO the reason the GOPs complain about the debt is because debt isn't money laying around for them to steal...

it's not hard

anyone who supplies a murderer with a weapon should be criminally responsible for their part in the crime

if somebody else gave the kid a gun & helped make sure the kid was at school to use it, wouldn't you want them prosecuted?

parents aren't a special protected class who can do as they please

i don't know why this is even a question
