@arstechnica most of the time I find auto lane keeping gets in the way of intentional manoeuvres

E.g. sliding very close to the line to avoid an obstruction (bicycle, parked car, debris etc)

Driving is dangerous enough, but having to fight the car steering itself was unsettling and obnoxious. Not something I want to be doing at 65 mph.

@georgetakei wow! When I was a kid, the Mets traded Strawberry to the Dodgers, and I and a buddy drew signs of green ooze dripping from Strawberries for when he showed up at Shea..unfortunately it was a rain out and he was a no show! But glad to see Mets fans haven’t lost their nerve!!!
