Let's be clear. Arizona's Supreme Court knocking reproductive rights back to 1864 is a direct result of Donald Trump keeping his promise to appoint U.S. Supreme Court Justices who would overturn Roe v. Wade.

@rbreich The regression to a 19th-century abortion ban in Arizona in the 21st century. What's next? A regression back to before women had the right to vote?

A living democracy in the world - leading science - lets religion decide the laws and puts up people unfit to lead anything as presidential candidates just because they have 3 simple opinions about something totally irrelevant.

Dear Robert
Don't you sometime think its a hopeless case you did start up for many years ago

Let’s not forget ALL THREE OF THOSE JUSTICES COMMITTED PERJURY during their respective confirmations when they declared Roe was “established precedent” and they would “follow the law.”

Indirect result, but yeah.
If it were a USSC decision; THAT would be a direct result.

@rbreich Hoping that US women everywhere vote like their reproductive health depends on it

@rbreich Maybe it's just not a good idea to have the word "supreme" in your job title. Look what it did to Diana Ross!

@rbreich it's a result of the Koch brothers financing former governor Doug Ducey to expand, then stack the Arizona Supreme Court

McConnell rigging the US Supreme Court was instrumental, but the proximate cause was Ducey's actions

2 of the AZ Supreme Court justices are on the ballot in November, they should be voted out

Also, there's an initiative to add reproductive rights to the Arizona constitution. Arizonans should sign it, then vote for it
