Remember, in each of Trump's criminal trials, he was indicted by a grand jury made up of ordinary citizens.

Trump is lying when he says President Biden had anything to do with it.

It is probably good that he does not, but if I was Biden I would start joking that if the SCOTUS grants Trump blanket presidential immunity he would have them and Trump exiled to a deserted island.

@rbreich Two things are true: President Biden had nothing to do with Trump’s legal problems. But prosecutors can generally get grand juries to do anything they like, including indicting a ham sandwich, as the old saying goes.
