@georgetakei No, leave it on the website but make it clear that it's out of stock IN THE SEARCH RESULTS. Taking something off the site implies to the user that the thing they want has gone out of production entirely, not that the site has merely run out.
Of course, if something's been out of stock for a long while because it's out of production, and new old stock isn't forthcoming, then yes, get rid of it.
