He has no agenda. This isn't even about opposition to regulation or disbelief in climate science. This is 100% about winning. He knows that a promise like that can earn donations. He wants to win, so he wants donations, so he makes a promise like that.

Sooo can we investigate the executives at that meeting and keep track of who all moves to take him up on the offer? Campaign donations aren't anonymous, and Trump just opened the door to litigation against his donors, didn't he?
