One of the unexpected joys of my retirement was doing grocery shopping in the middle of the week and early in the day and avoiding crowds...That and I also can get the sale items before they sell out. Yes!
@georgetakei A lady was blocking the card reader at the check out. I said excuse me. She said, "Everybody has an attitude, today." I replied, "What? Fuck you lady. It's called personal space!" I wasn't even done yet and she was not even two feet from me.
