@rbreich maybe a la Mussolini (sorry Benito, I just insulted you with that comparison) but certainly not a la Adolf Hitler, who had IQ and vision [evil to be sure] which Delirium Tremens' brain can't even begin to fathom. He's a clown. But the sad part is that he was eleceted POTUS in 2016 & may be again this year. So the real question is not "what is DT", it is "what are the American people"
