@rbreich The goal of both parties is for each to consolidate its power by enriching the respective oligarchic constituencies that support them. All a voter can do is support the party that is supported by the less objectionable oligarchs, and this seems to be the Democrats. Either way, there will be giveaways to corporate donors; or their support goes to the other party.
