Does that work?

@georgetakei it depends on whether you can nap or not. For me it works but not so for my wife.

@georgetakei I knew a Methodist college chaplain who had been advised by a rabbi to make appointments with herself so she could say "Sorry I have an appointment already then."

Brokar ,

@georgetakei works. I have a blocker for 12 to 1pm, want to have my lunch uninterrupted. Works for 99% of the time (sometimes emergencies happen i need to take care of). I don't take a nap but i want to have the hour for me.

@georgetakei I def set time around lunch as 'in a meeting' on Teams at work. They all see me as 'do not disturb', which means I get an afternoon nap 🙂
