okayu (お粥)
juk (죽)
zhou (粥)
congee (கஞ்சி)
and so many more.

Love making mine with brown rice, ginger, lemon grass, garlic, and a good chicken broth. Yum. Send Adam my way and I'll make a fresh batch.
