kalpa , 4 days ago German @Haydar Tumbleweed (and by extension, MicroOS, Aeon and Kalpa) had the patch in the Update repo first thing monday morning. The fix is done for Leap in the upstream development project https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/network/openssh As to why it hasn't been published in the Leap Update repo, I can't say, I'm not involved in Leap development.
