MouseJiggler is life!!!

Tylerdurdon ,

Thanks for the words of warning. I used this once upon a time but haven't in a long while (too much going on to worry about it). In a past life I did a lot of log analysis and our shop forced the screensaver on a fairly short timeout. This was an easy workaround.

That being said, it doesn't need installation and you need to manually add it to your startup programs (if you choose to).

Tylerdurdon ,

I have noise cancelling headphones and am used to working mostly at home. Sometimes I wonder if I've ever accidentally ripped a doozy in my cube without realizing it.

More signs of ocelot street pizza are telltale that the population must be on the rebound.

I agree with the others, looks good. Don’t be too hard on yourself.

I would suggest something light for the cabinetry/accents or it’s going to become a dungeon.

Keep up the good work!

Tylerdurdon ,

It’ll be ugly as all getout from the inside, but this is probably the only thing you can do aside from replacing the drawer or replacing the backer board.

That said, you should probably fix the primary reason this broke. That much force means:

  • the drawer guides may also need work or it will happen again.
  • the items in the drawer which may have jammed it shut should get reorganized to keep it from happening again.
  • the temper may need some work if this was purely a result of unloading frustration on furniture. This fix may not cost a significant amount, but a bad temper can generate drastically more financial (and sometimes criminal) damage than moderate self control. I know this one well.
Tylerdurdon ,

True. Hard to fix that one though.

People act like it’s his first time. Watch “537 votes” on HBO and you’ll see a very defined pattern. The guy needs to be locked up forever.
