Recently completed a side table in mid-century style. Quite the learning experience tbh.

Appreciation:

  • Love the drawer handles.

Constructive criticism:

  • The wood for the legs and base seems to be very coarsely cut on the end grain and it shows through the paint
  • Not sure about the choice of paint color - doesn’t complement the natural wood.
  • Photography: Don’t use a striped background. The JPEG artifacts make the legs look jagged.

If it’s going to be in the shower, I can’t recommend MDF or even plywood. Probably better to go with solid wood if you can, or even better if you can access a 3D printer, use that.

The breaker panel is outside the shed (I understand this is by code) and low enough to be within reach of my son. I would prefer something inside the shed.
