Sacred heart of Jesus, is it? I don't remember Jesus taking issue with LGBT+ people.

Imagine thinking destitute, desperate foreigners are looking to take your job for pennies on the dollar, yet simultaneously rich enough to arrive on a plane.

Trump had been involved in 4,000+ lawsuits before he ever rode down that escalator in 2015. He's not in legal trouble because he's running for president. He's running for president to escape his legal trouble.

That explains his rabid desperation.

TRUMP: If they can do this to me, they can do this to anyone.

Yes. If you commit 34 felonies by filing false business records to cover up election interference, you too can be convicted by a jury of your peers via the due process of our criminal justice system.

Some people react unpleasantly, even violently, when their expectations are violated, even if they do not suffer any actual harm.

The top comment on that article is spot on. Men like Butker don't want a partner; they want a maid, to take care of all the dull housework, so they're free to do whatever they want. Spoiled brats that want a replacement for Mommy, and yet they have the audacity to call themselves men.

Boeing shareholders approved a $33M pay package for CEO Dave Calhoun, despite overseeing huge losses and safety problems.

It's the biggest package ever given to a Boeing CEO.

Calhoun is resigning by year's end. Guess what he gets then?

A $45 million golden parachute.

Unreal.

Sounds like some fiduciary duties are being violated. The board is supposed to be working for the shareholders, and the shareholders would be quite obviously best served by firing this nincompoop, preferably out of a cannon.

I think that's intentional. Tech firms these days are laying everybody off anyway, and they don't have to pay severance if the employees quit.

I do remember. It was terrible. GPS maps were a godsend.

Sadly, now that humanity in its recklessness is about to unleash Kessler syndrome, we're going to have to go back to paper maps soon…

If this country was truly “pro-life,” we would have Medicare for All, a Green New Deal, gun reform, universal child care, and a living wage.

The right-wing agenda isn’t about “life.”

    It’s about control.

And eugenics. Forced starvation and denial of health care is a method of culling the population of all who do not fit the leaders' narrow vision of who deserves to live.

The Austrian mustache guy would've been proud.
