This explosion in CEO pay relative to the pay of average workers isn’t because CEOs have become so much more valuable than before.

They've just gamed the system to line their pockets.

@rbreich Hey Robert? (hope thats Ok). So I have had a knee that has gotten progressively worse and finally blew out. The docs all say they would like to check it out but need approval from insurance. What can I do about that?
