He's right, the real story should be how badly CNN shit the bed with how they handled this debate. They basically let Trump run wild, didn't challenge or correct him.
And all rveryone can talk about was how energetic trump was, and how Biden "stumbled" etc. The coverage is way more appalling than the actual debate. Hell even in Canada the media is running stories about how Biden 'lost' the debate and "time to panic!" Despite Trump making no sense and lying 100% of the time.

yes, totally. Infastructure, transportation and communal spaces are already there, would be perfect for housing.
People will complain about how office buildings are too difficult to convert into housing, but that’s not true in all cases. Many office buildings are very suitable to be turned into housing. If even half of them underwent conversion that would be a huge step.
I think the real problem is it isn’t super profitable to do this, so there’s not much will to do it.
Seems like clear cut discrimination, I hope they’re able to fight this. The rules say “no hair below the eyebrows” and he’s pretty clearly not breaking that rule.
I hope they come down hard on him, one of the vilest human beings in recent memory. He’s also still raking in lots of money, using shell companies etc. to hide his money.
Many many disciplines in academia discuss current events, society and politics. Universities (and those they educate) provide valuable research and data that governments should use to help guide their decisions and policymaking.
Also, in a free society government shouldn’t be able to crack down on academics (or anyone) for being critical. Thats is free and healthy democratic society 101.
