In his presidential immunity opinion, Chief Justice Roberts accused Justice Sotomayor and the two other Democratic-appointed justices who joined her in dissent, of “fearmongering on the basis of extreme hypotheticals.”

He's wrong. Let me explain. https://t.co/q7LEVH6z0m

No explanation needed. Donald Trump is the embodiment of that extreme hypothetical.

Where are the editorials calling for Trump to drop out of the race and allow Republicans to choose a non-felon as their nominee?

@rbreich
The last thing the media wants is to have Trump drop out! This is their bread and butter!!

If no one can see it, is it even a problem?

When I was a mere clerk for the 1st circuit appeals court, I wasn't allowed to have a political bumper sticker for fear of creating even the appearance of bias on the court.

How can Justice Alito be allowed to rule on Jan 6-related matters after flying a pro-insurrection flag?

How? By being a part of the untouchables.

Call me crazy, but maybe presidents who get themselves indicted shouldn't have their criminal trials presided over by judges they themselves appointed.

@rbreich
I’ll go a step further.

Senators and Representatives in Congress don’t get to vote during an Impeachment when they are known to be complicit.

We wouldn’t have a Trump problem if this were the norm.

A recent test of the emergency alert system found only 1 percent got it via AM.

AM radio is chock full of right wing disinformation.

It so happens my birthday is 4-20. But I never stole a mile marker for it. At least, not yet.

@georgetakei
Why would someone want a Mile 420 sign?
