Elon Musk's cost cutting strategy was he just decided not to pay people, not to pay his landlord, not to pay his janitors, not to pay his hosting companies, not to pay many Twitter employees, and not to bother following laws, because, presumably, "fuck you, I'm a billionaire." A lot of laws about weapons aren't really about anything actually happening or dangers. Often it's about perceptions people have or actually about trying to target a group politicians don't like.
That's how bailsongs and switch blades got restricted in a lot of states. Also why suppressors or short barreled firearms are regulated like hand grenades.
What, no period talk until 6th grade? Did no one tell them the average age of menarche has been declining for a while, and it's not unusual for 9-10 year olds to start menstruating? If anything they should be covering it for even younger kids than before.
