@rbreich answer: SCOTUS has no authority above them, save Congress' power of Impeachment. With Republicans consistently appointing people with no integrity or decency, the so called guardrails that guided the court since at least Warren was appointed, failed at that point.

It's not like SCOTUS had any moment of history outside of the Warren and Marshall Courts where it acted with a shred of integrity or decency.
That's the difference. There are no rules binding on a fascist and they consider it a mark of strength and high character not to comply with the rules of "lesser men".
You can't shame them, they're proud of their hypocrisy.
We can only destroy them. That'sthe remedy to fascism. There is no other.

AND, after he LIED about WHY it was being flown: He said it was to protest the neighbor's offensive sign, which was posted near a school bus stop. Think of the children!!!
Only one teensy problem - schools in Alexandria (where he lives) and indeed all of Fairfax County VA were in session REMOTELY because of COVID. So there were no children at the bus stop, and there had been no children at the bus stop FOR MONTHS.

@rbreich He's allowed because Supreme Court Justices are appointed for life and they have virtually zero accountability to anybody. The only means of removing one is well outside the realm of possibility with this bunch of clowns.
