My money is on this being preparatory to purchasing a bigger or faster jet, for PR purposes. Trump's only response to setbacks is to double down on his existing position.

@rbreich If I recall correctly, what Trump owns of Trump tower is the lobby restroom and the valet booth... and not much else.

@rbreich depending on the sale price, it could’ve been a sneaky way to give Trump a huge cash infusion without violating campaign laws. On the other hand, I wonder if IRS knows the purchase price
