@rbreich no, it’s closing ranks because white collar crime is acceptable in their circles and now they feel unsure about their own financial crimes. They’ve lost their sense of security that their fortunes allow them.

Amazon, Trader Joe’s, and SpaceX are all fighting in court to have the NLRB declared unconstitutional.

All three companies have a disgraceful history of worker abuse and union busting.

They can’t stop workers from organizing, so now they want to destroy the whole system.

@rbreich tangent. Years ago, a HS math teacher of mine claimed that there was a “conspiracy to keep Walmart out of the LA basin.”
I see now that it wasn’t a conspiracy, it was the union supermarket employees and truck drivers (and people who remembered how it was during the depression) who didn’t want anti-labor companies in Cali.
