I'd rather be at home where i can enjoy my life as i choose if I'm not working. End of it for me. I get it, paid to do nothing but i just don't like doing nothing. Not saying i want to beat my body or mind up non stop but full stop, hurry up and wait... No thanks.

That’s exactly why. All that money you aren’t making is what’s fueling the economy for investors and stockholders. Can’t do millions of dollars of stock buybacks with your own money.

That’s called logic and I’m not sure it’s applicable to modern society anymore. I really wish it was but too many people are just allowing their world view to be skewed by news bytes like this. They read it, accept it as fact and march on.

Last place I interviewed, recruiter and I agreed with my qualifications etc I should ask for 90k. They hired someone for 67.5k with no qualifications. The person literally took a pay cut to take the job. I don’t get it.
