Shotwell for library management. Digikam has more functionality but Shotwell integrates better with my GNOME desktop environment and I find it more pleasing to look at and use.
Rawtherapee for RAW processing.
GIMP.
For panoramas I use Hugin if I'm feeling patient and want to preserve 16 bit. Otherwise I use Xpano, which I've found quicker, simpler and more reliable, but only supports 8 bit export currently.
For publishing I use Pixelfed and a wordpress website.
