Reddit was awesome.

It’s sad what became of it. Jumped ships that took me to Lemmy-kbin Land!I love games, gamification and chat roleplaying, socializing with people, volunteering, different lists and difficult topics!

Cool!

Ideonella sakaiensis would be the name of the bacteria.

It’s a shame you cannot see bacteria with naked eye!

You’d need some kind of a bacteria alarm system!

I’ve heard that Sweden did a research about 6 hours long work day (not the same thing as less work days I know).
The results were simply that the workers were more happy and more efficient.

I also have noticed that I start wanting something extra from life after a few months of 8h/5d/w.
Nowadays I’m looking for my optimal limits. How much can I do work and still consider myself having enough free time?

I believe anything lower from iron will make a star, when enough material added. Of course, one material from iron will give a much smaller lifespan for a star rather than hydrogen only.

I think that an iron ball wouldn’t start a fusion. Might just jump right to a black hole if you added even more iron 🤔

As you add more, would it’s own gravity cause the density to increase to a point where it would collapse into a black hole?

I believe so!

I assume chocolate is made of lighter elements than iron so yeah, a big chocolate ball enough would become a star!

I don’t know how long it stays edible 😅

And eventually you’d be crushed by the growing gravitational pull of this chocolate ball!

I would argue that with certain unethical acts you could remove mindsets, character and personalities off a person. Or at leas bits of them.

I was once told that the American police forces chooses only people below a certain intellectual threshold to be cops so they wouldn’t think too much about or question orders gotten from their bosses 🤔 (dunno if it’s true)
