I have a 10" width rack cabinet where my Proxmox cluster (three mini Lenovo Thinkcentre) lives. I’m currently designing a 10" mount to hold an old phone so that I can see my server monitoring/status through the glass of the door.
I used to love Dell’s enterprise laptops and desktops. We rarely had hardware problems with them. Then the generation that switched to USB-C (over the old dock port) came around and we’ve had tons of hardware failures - both laptops and docks.

Almost like working remote makes sense if people can complete their whole job at home.
I’m doing one day a week in the office right now and I loathe that one day. Literally all of the servers and services I’m responsible for are hosted at Azure so it doesn’t matter where I’m at.
I bought an Optiplex 3080 SFF and bought upgrade parts for it but now it isn’t running and I don’t have enough troubleshooting skills to tell if the MOBO is dead or if the power button is dead. 😅...
What parts did you upgrade? I’d start swapping them with the original parts one at a time with testing after swapping a part in.
Also - for these SFF Dells, they should have the standard Dell power button trouble flashes. I don’t have the link right now but there is a guide on Dell’s website to diagnose issues just off how the power button blinks.
