Let's say you are dying of starvation. You pull one of your teeth out, causing blood to slowly seep into your mouth, which you swallow. The calories from the blood getting digested will delay the time you die of starvation, right? Or will losing blood while starving kill you faster?
I've read a story of a 3 year old that had to have his tonsils removed. The poor child didn't understand that it's not good to swallow so much blood, didn't know enough to tell his parents what was up, and he unfortunately passed away, with a belly full of blood ☹️
I can't quite find the much older story of the 3 year old toddler though, but it was essentially the same thing, and took about a week of health decline before he passed. Nobody knew the toddler was swallowing the blood until the autopsy ☹️

I dunno, our single hose portable A/C does pretty damn well for whatever it’s worth. Granted it’s not the most efficient thing in the world, but it really does work alright.
I wouldn’t say it’s very loud, but it does make the typically expected A/C compressor and fan sounds. It’s not annoyingly loud, unless it’s sat up over the winter and hasn’t been run for months, but even then it tends to settle out more quietly after 30 minutes to an hour of running.
Ours is a Hayer HPQ10XCR-P3, though I’m sure there are a many models and manufacturers out there of similar devices. I can’t speak for the sound qualities of all of them, but I would recommend running them at least for an hour every few months to sling the lubricating oils around.
Don’t forget the tech listings that require 5 years experience in a particular programming language when the language has only even existed for the past 2 years…
Catch-22 situations, where it’s impossible to meet the qualifications. 🤦♂️
Advice (we just bought a similar fan today actually)…
Personally I think the brackets in your original post look like they ought to do the job pretty well.
But if you’re gonna be moving the fan around regularly, I’d see if it’s safely designed to install upside-down. Might make it easier to move around as necessary.

Is there a Keyboard Shortcut to put the focus on Firefox's Sidebar?
I use the Add-On "Bookmark search plus 2" which is really awesome. When I activate it's Keyboard Shortcut (Ctrl + Q), the Sidebar opens, but I have to use my mouse to click on the Sidebar to grant it focus. I looked around online and haven't found anything. If anyone knows of a way, a Keyboard Shortcut, a tool or another Add-On perhaps, please let me know! Cheers!
