"I call for help from the highest courts": Trump cries out in fear of “Trump-hating" prosecutor ( www.salon.com )

Donald Trump has been on a prolific Truth Social tear, calling for the execution of a top US military general, vowing revenge on NBC Networks and demanding that Republican leaders take action against automatic voter registration to protect him from once again losing the popular vote. All of that was over the weekend. On Monday, the former picked up apace with attacks on New York Attorney General Letitia James.

“I have been unfairly sued by the Trump Hating Democrat Attorney General of New York State, Letitia James,” he cried on his social media site.

James’ office has claimed that Trump has represented his worth as being $2.2 billion greater than it really is. Trump called that a “false fact.”

He then called the judge in the case a “Trump Hater” and cried out for help.

“It is very unfair, and I call for help from the highest Courts in New York State, or the Federal System, to intercede.”

I think it is legal. I'm suggesting that I think something in here should not be. Related to obstruction of justice, trying to tamper with his ongoing cases, I'm not sure what it would be since it is legal as things are now. It just doesn't seem right to be able to influence justice due to popularity.

You were supposed to submit paperwork to request a jury. You did not submit that paperwork, so you do not get a jury. You have no one to blame for any of this except yourself.

Yes. His lawyer Alina Habba missed the filing deadline, so he didn’t get a jury.

It’s funny how this “large portion of society” exists on the elder end of a bloated global population and the opposite demographic isn’t filling the ranks behind them… Who knows? Maybe humanity in general will get smarter simply with the exodus of the hur-dur horde. 🤞🏽

I wonder if they're willing to let him rot now they already have what they want. I have no clue if Trump has any leverage left there.

They’re keeping up a veneer of impartiality until the correct fake cases get to them so they can legislate how they want to. Trump was just the means to stack the court, they have their own role to play and saving trump isn’t part of it.
