Louie (the the left) has been to the vet today too. It was a suspected prostata infection but it turned out to be a very stubborn bladder infection. He’s going into surgery next month for a different issue but we are confident he’ll be fine. He also has SLO so he is out special needs boy (at 9 years old). Ollie (to the right) is 5 years old and the clown of the family!
Oh wow! I have heard that their skin is very fine and difficult to stitch. Luckilly we’ve only had to deal with it one with our now missed Monty. I am sure Greta will be stocked to come back home.
Both of ours are whippets but pretty large ones. Louie is having a testicle removed that had started growing rapidly. The vet is not concerned though. He had been a Cryptorchid since we got him so they never dropped. But one of them is now acting up. The vet has let us be there when he wakes up from surgery because we couldn’t bear him waking up alone…

I think that this is a pretty bad and deceptive way of demonstrating the size comparison. Mainly because only 60 sec go into 1 minute, not 100. Only 60 min go into 1 hour not 100. Only 24 to a day etc.

Well, because you can see at the result of this meme, that the result is extremely misleading. It is correct but not representative of how much more one billion is compared to a million.
1bill is just 1000 times more than 1mil. The example here makes it look like a lot more.
Instead you could compare 1mil kilograms = 22 Titanic’s where 1bill kilograms = 22000 Titanics. But that is too straight forward and people would not react the same way as they do when you use time instead of a ratio that is representative of the numbers you are trying to compare
Can you guys help me cancel my Reddit Premium? I can’t seem to be able to find the feature on my profile, and the help pages of Reddit point me to a page where I can’t can’t see an option to manage subscriptions
Honestly I don’t remember, but its a good guess. I only have access to Android, and the Reddit subscription is not there. Also checked Paypal, but nothing there either. Still i’d expect the reddit profile to be of more help about this. I’ve had to make a support ticket to ask them, but I don’t even know when or where I’ll get an answer from them
