We'll see what damage there is to the launch site by the coming hurricane before we put a lot of stock in it. Though I suspect, of anything at Starbase, the launch tower is the LEAST likely to be significantly damaged.
Update on the issue with Fedora Atomic Desktops and Fedora IoT systems that may have failed to boot recently - fix will require manual intervention.

@georgetakei I am no celebrity, but because of my job, my daughter and I got to attend the Tree of Life awards dinner several years ago. We sat next to Jamie Foxx and Sean Combs. It was the first, and only, time I ever met either of them. Jamie couldn’t have been nicer, especially to my daughter, bringing her around the room to meet many of the stars in attendance. Combs was a total dick to her in spite of the fact that she was so obviously star struck.

@georgetakei My concern is about those Republican legislatures that have claimed the right to ignore the popular vote and send whatever electors they want to Washington. With no constitutional amendment protecting voters rights or even defining it as a right of citizenship, and a supreme court that shows every sign that they will support that, there is the possibility that the vote could be overwhelmingly for the Democrats and the Republicans would still claim the win in the electoral college. I am not saying anyone's strategized to prevent this.

@arstechnica yeah I'm exceedingly careful when I'm about to sneeze. My sneezes generate a category 5 hurricane. 🤣 Which basically means I stop what I'm doing brace myself. There have been times where I've pulled a muscle sneezing and popped capillaries. The one thing you do not want to do though is sneeze while taking a dump at the same time. Dear God that hurts.
