Since lobsters are cold blooded am I wrong in thinking their bodies wouldn’t generate any heat thus making the mittens useless?

Yes on 6.0.2 my entire desktop was crashing over and over and I had to reset my kde settings back to default.

Get two monitors for your desk and a dock for your laptop. Get a laundry basket. Otherwise it looks good.

Kde 6 seems to be bug fixes and tidying up some menus. I’m not sure why it’s getting so hyped.

Why is that dog so nervous. Seems like at the end he was like fuck it I’m going for it and there were no consequences

Fizz ,

He knows the love and care from the Irwin kids and the other keepers.

So cute. I laughed at the part where Sola runs in and jumps on the other dog.

Interesting read and very relatable sentiment.

This part stuck out to me. When I was younger I often got myself into bad situations that presented opportunities form connections through shared experiences. As I get older I’m fucking up less and when I do it’s just me trusting myself and going through it alone.

To truly like a person, you need trust, and that requires emotional investment – an increasingly rare commodity as you age – so as old friends fade away, they cannot simply be replaced. The space to build trust with newcomers is just not there.

Sometimes I travel a long way to put myself in a situation I think will may result in meeting like minded people and then when I get there I do nothing but look around a bit and then go home.

Its impossible for mastodon to “not survive” because it’s decentralized

Its not a hot new thing it’s been around a long time.

I’ve already read a million articles like this that always boil down to “I don’t like this therefore it will fail” or “it’s not exactly like Twitter therefore it will fail” or the one I sympathize but hate hearing is “it’s to hard”

How does a signing a post with a pgp key prove that you are actually the person behind the post?

I saw that people on the dark web would sign their posts with a PGP key to prove that their account has not been compromised. I think I understand the concept of how private and public keys work but I must be missing something because I don’t see how it proves anything....
