Doubt. I’m a younger Gen X and work has fucking sucked for us and for our parents before us. The middle class has been hollowed out since the 70s, at the latest. It’s now purely transactional, with the final vestiges of loyalty and all that other bullshit long gone. Pay me and leave me the fuck alone. Do those two things to the proper extent and I will provide dispassionate labor in commensurate amount. Otherwise, I will whore out my knowledge and labor elsewhere, with less than zero regard for the collateral damage I may cause.

Let me school you on this one, too. There are polymethylsilanes, polyphosphazines, etc. You aren’t even aware of common polymers like PVC that fall outside of your categories. There’s more exotic stuff like polyferrocenes. You ought to quit spouting off about things you know nothing about.
In what can only be described as a legendary episode of TNG, Picard was ambushed and captured by the Cardassians. He was tortured extensively. His captor, at one point, showed him a set of 4 bright lights. He asked Picard to tell him how many lights he saw, Picard answered 4 and was tortured. The Cardassian required an answer of 5 lights.
