This person’s LinkedIn account is real but they’ve also written a book about getting into all the top programs, they’ve been a CEO of their own company since 2013, and been on other boards. You can find him pretty quickly in the comments on that post.
The vast majority are made by children, however, and the model itself is designed for expressly this. Whether adult-aged children also engage with said model is less a condemnation of those individuals and more a merit of the system itself working better than intended, given that this era offers multiple sources for that exploitable demographic. Sickening, sad, and deplorable, yes. Call it what it is, though.
I have seen the exact same post posted by multiple people in LinkedIn and it is posted only for farming reactions and followers. They didn’t truly do this.

I mean I kind of get the metaphor and appreciate the idea of being the kind of leader that people can feel comfortable around, but there's got to be better ways of expressing that.
