It's only barely begun to level back out. The real question is if the wages will stay high once inflation (and greedflation) calms the fuck down.

I worked with dudes that smoked like it was a job requirement that looked haggard AF at 30. I didn't recognize one of them 10 years later because he had stopped smoking and dropped a ton of weight - he looked 10 years younger than when I met him.

It’s a super low bar. The story just has to have two women talk about something other than a man. Troi telling Beverly how hot Yar was would technically pass the test, yes.

Correct conclusion though, more diverse groups of writers is definitely the way to go.
